Arthur Paul Brunch 3--2 Millikin Ave. San Diego, Calif.              92122   Dear Mr. Brunch,    We have carefully reviewed your letter to Federal Archival Services,  forewarded to us by Mr. Keeton of the Ministry of Information.  After much deliberation and a detailed spectroscopic analysis,  it is the incontrovertible conclusion of the board that you are an insubordinate subversive.  Therefore, you are hereby served notice to appear in court,  for your sentencing and to be taken into custody on April 29th,   nineteen-hundred eighty-eight at the Federal Court, 1501 West Broadway, San Diego, California at 10:00 AM prompt.    Your right to appeal has already been taken into consideration.  A citizen's review panel,  consisting of twelve members,   convened eleven days after your conviction.  Their conclusion, having reviewed the prolific documented evidence against you and listening to testimony from several key witnesses, was "...guilty as charged."  A transcript of these proceedings is available from the Ministry of Information for a modest six dollar fee.(Contact your Regional Records Officer.)    Should you contest any of the solid documented scientific proofs used to establish your guilt,  you may wish to use Form FC-632-P,  "Request for Consider- ation of Eligibility for Parole".  This form enables you to request that parole eligiblity be considered in your sentencing. offense,  you may request parole consideration in no less than eleven (11) years.  Please have ref- erences available.    For your convenience, we have enclosed a special response form.  Please use this to tell us of your intentions and preferences.  If you have a prefer- ence towards termination, you may request it on this form.    As a federal incarcerate, your identity has been established as "Federal Prisoner Number 525-11-21069". You will use this term in identifying yourself in all correspondence and information exchanges of any kind, regardless of nature from this date on.  You may no longer use the term "Arthur Paul Brunch" in entirety or part.  If you do,  you are advised that you will be convicted of Federal Offense INP-1271-D, "Impersonating a Non-person" as outlined in the Directory of Laws Governing the Quantification of Non- existant Persons,  Federal publication No. SL-1041.219C, also available from the Ministry of Information.
