Our basic privacy policy is very simple: We will not share your private information with anyone.

Is it as simple as that then? Well not quite. The exceptions are as follows. Your private information might be disclosed as we see fit under any of these circumstances:

You owe us money and won’t pay.
You are threatening us or other people.
You are using our resources to commit crimes, frauds, and/or misrepresentations such as spamming, making threats, forging emails, and so forth.
By submitting, through any means, any take down notice or requests for moderation or censorship, you agree to give RGBF an unrestricted worldwide perpetual license to publically publish all notices and other correspondance from you and your designated agents and representatives regarding your request.
